Such a great man with a big heart. I grew up with Tracy Wall as one of my dearest best friends. Her dad was such an inspiration to my family as his. My dad loved to hear Perry teach the bible and would talk about it many Sundays. He will be missed by many that loved him dearly. Love and prayers to his family.
What a wonderful loving tribute wrote for Perry. I never had the opportunity to meet him but heard amazing stories and accomplishments. He was well loved especially from his daughter my friend Tracy Wall.
